Manchester’s hidden gems “Smoking Gives You Big Tits” has dropped their first monster of a single, if you love punk with a hint of “jazzy” tones then read on and listen fellow music lover, you’re in for a treat.

Not ones for shying away from anything their first release I’m so pleased to say is not holding back, at all! Pure and simply it’s brilliant.

This duo have managed to take the sweet vocal tones and arm them with an axe for lyrics. Imagine if you will, Snow White secretly had a stash of battered Clash, Anti Flag, Sham 69 records hidden away under a mountain of books on politics and was secretly talking to all the woodland creatures about politics.

The chorus takes you by surprise with a total change in attitude when hearing “My favourite fact about Maggie, Is that shes fucking dead!” A lyric for any punk fan to savour and enjoy. As the song continues you get a surprise as you’re treated to a twisted yet beautiful rendition of “Ding Dong the witch is dead”.

This track captures what these 2 do live so well, and seeing them live is real pleasure. SGYBT are something fresh, new and well worth a spot in your music collection, so get it listened to!
