This year’s Slam Dunk Festival is almost here and the line-up is their biggest and best yet, and includes a handful of bands who’ve headlined previous events appearing further down the bill, alongside even more great bands that could have headlined previous events.
Look at NOFX for example. They would have been by far the biggest band at the festival a few years ago. This time they’re headlining what looks to be the third stage. All Time Low have headlined in the past, now they’re selling three times as many tickets as they were then, and they’re back. Many would have considered Bullet For My Valentine far too big, and out of reach for a festival like this, but here they are.
In all honesty, we probably won’t be straying too far from the Punk In Drublic stage, but we’ve highlighted the five bands from across the line-up which we think you should definitely check out next weekend:
Anti Flag. Punk In Drublic Stage at 12:45
Simple Plan. Monster Energy Stage at 4:35
Rob Lynch. Acoustic Stage at 5:45
Lights. Key Club Stage at 6:50
The Menzingers. The Dickies Stage at 8:00
